R.E. Options, LLC (Responsive Engagement Options, LLC) — Otto Growth Labs

This Privacy & Data Notice explains how R.E. Options, LLC — Otto Growth Labs (“Company”) may collect, use, store, and process information in connection with its business automation, digital agent, communication, intake, scheduling, follow-up, routing, workflow support, and related services.


1.  Information We May Receive

Client business information, contact information, staff information, business hours, service details, offers, pricing, policies, and operating instructions.

Customer or lead information submitted through forms, calls, texts, emails, calendars, CRM systems, or other approved channels.

Call details, messages, notes, transcripts, recordings, scheduling data, routing information, and workflow activity, where applicable.

2.  How Information May Be Used

To configure, operate, test, improve, support, and maintain services purchased by Client.

To communicate with Client about setup, approvals, billing, technical issues, updates, and service support.

To protect Company systems, enforce agreements, prevent misuse, comply with law, and maintain business records.

3.  SMS / Text Message Communications

By providing their phone number and checking the SMS consent box on any Otto Growth Labs form, the submitting party agrees to receive text messages from Otto Growth Labs. These messages may include responses to inquiries, appointment information, service updates, and business communications related to Ansera™.

Mobile information, including phone numbers, will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.

4.  Third-Party Tools and Platforms

Services may involve third-party tools such as CRM platforms, communication tools, workflow software, phone providers, SMS and email providers, calendars, form tools, hosting providers, payment processors, and analytics tools. Information may be transmitted to or stored in those systems as needed to provide the services.

5.  Client Responsibility for Customer Data

Client is responsible for having the right to provide customer, lead, staff, and business information to Company and connected platforms. Client is responsible for required disclosures, privacy notices, call recording notices, text and email permissions, marketing consents, opt-out processes, and industry-specific compliance.

6.  Call Recordings, Transcripts, and Messages

If services include calls, recordings, transcripts, or messages, Client is responsible for determining whether notice or consent is required for its customers, staff, callers, or contacts.

7.  Security

Company uses commercially reasonable measures to protect information under its control. Company is not responsible for security failures caused by Client systems, shared credentials, third-party platforms, user error, or unauthorized access outside Company’s reasonable control.

8.  Access, Retention, and Deletion

Company retains client and operational data for a period not to exceed three (3) years following termination of services, after which it will be deleted or anonymized unless a longer retention period is required by law. 9.  No Sale of Customer Data

Company does not sell Client customer data as a standalone product.

10.  AI and Automated Systems

Services may use automated, AI-assisted, or digitally configured systems. AI-assisted systems can make mistakes. Company will provide standard AI disclosure language for Client use. Client is responsible for implementing any additional disclosures required for its customers, industry, or location.
