This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all use of services provided by R.E. Options, LLC — Otto Growth Labs (“Company”). Client agrees not to use Company services, systems, agents, automations, or related materials for prohibited purposes.
1. General Rule
Client may use the services only for lawful, authorized business purposes and only in the manner approved by Company and described in the applicable Service Order.
2. Prohibited Uses
Illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, harassing, threatening, discriminatory, or harmful activity.
Spam, unlawful marketing, unauthorized robocalls, improper SMS or email campaigns, or messages sent without required consent.
False, misleading, unfair, or unsupported claims about products, services, pricing, results, warranties, or qualifications.
Impersonation of a person, business, government agency, licensed professional, or third party without authorization.
Emergency response or urgent medical, legal, safety, or law-enforcement use unless expressly approved in writing.
Professional advice or determinations in regulated fields including legal, medical, financial, insurance, tax, or credit, unless expressly approved in writing.
Use that violates third-party platform terms, carrier rules, app policies, CRM rules, or payment processor rules.
Attempts to overload, interfere with, probe, scrape, bypass, damage, or access Company systems without authorization.
3. No Unauthorized Resale or Transfer
Client may not resell, lease, sublicense, transfer, white-label, or provide access to Company services or agent systems to another person or business without written permission.
4. Content Responsibility
Client is solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of all content, scripts, offers, claims, service descriptions, and instructions provided to Company for use in services.
5. Reporting Misuse
Client must immediately report any suspected misuse, unauthorized access, or security incident to Hello@OttoGrowthLabs.com. Company reserves the right to investigate and take action on any reported or discovered misuse.
6. Enforcement
Company may suspend or terminate services immediately for any violation of this Policy without prior notice. Company is not liable for losses resulting from service suspension due to Policy violation.
7. Updates
Company may update this Policy at any time. Continued use of services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
